Return Policy

After more than 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, the return of goods is subject to the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.1. When a defective product is returned, pinnpatch.eu undertakes to collect the defective item and, unless you object, replace it with an analogous product. If you object to the replacement, the money paid for the defective item will be refunded no later than within 14 business days. If pinnpatch.eu does not have an analogous item in stock, the money will be refunded within 14 business days of this discovery.

2. The returned item must be fully complete (in its original set). You are responsible for the full assembly and completion of the item. If the item is not fully complete, it will not be accepted for return.

3. In cases where you withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, the goods must be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging should be undamaged, clean, and properly prepared. In other return cases, pinnpatch.eu requests that these same packaging requirements be followed or that maximum effort is made to comply with them.

4. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by notifying us in writing via email at info@pinnpatch.eu within 14 (fourteen) days of the item delivery date.

5.To withdraw from the agreement, you must notify us in writing via our contact email within the specified period. You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal via your specified email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 business hours, you must contact pinnpatch.eu by phone.

5.1. After withdrawing from the agreement, you must coordinate the method of return (all questions regarding pickup, delivery, and transportation to the Seller’s location) via phone or email within 3 (three) business days. In this case, you must return the purchased item in accordance with the requirements of Article 6 of the Rules. The money paid for the item will be refunded within 5 (five) business days from the date the item is returned to us.

6. You do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement if:
6.1. You purchased audio or video works or phonograms on any media, or computer programs, and you broke the package protection/seal (tore or opened the package).
6.2. You damaged the item or fundamentally changed the appearance of the item; changes in the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the received item are not considered fundamental changes to the item’s appearance.
