Humans Scare Me – An Alien Who Fears People

Everyone is afraid of aliens, but this little alien is afraid of us. The alien cat patch with “Humans Scare Me” lettering shows a space traveller who landed on Earth and quickly decided that people are just too weird. By day, it looks like a regular embroidered badge. At night, however, the lettering starts to glow green. In short, it suits introverts, cat lovers, sci-fi fans and anyone who would rather stay home than go to a party. It is also the second design in our Glow in the Dark Patches collection. Find even more designs in our Embroidered Patches collection.

Alien Cat Patch Design – Cute by Day, Glowing by Night

A green alien head with cat ears, whiskers and big black eyes sits at the centre of the black circle. Below it, “Humans Scare Me” curves along the bottom edge. In daylight, the letters look cream, while in the dark they shine bright green. Special thread makes this possible, because it soaks up light during the day. Meanwhile, a sturdy black border frames the edge. As a result, the design looks great both day and night.

• Style: glow in the dark, alien, cat lover, introvert humor
• Colours: black, green, cream and glow-in-the-dark green
• Quality: dense stitching, glow thread and a merrowed edge

A Gift for Introverts and Sci-Fi Fans

For example, give it to an introvert, a cat lover, a sci-fi fan or a teenager who wants to stand out. It also makes a fun birthday or Halloween gift. Better still, pair it with a space-themed book or a bag of cat treats.

Where to wear your alien cat patch

It looks great on a grey backpack or a black zip hoodie. In the evening, the glowing letters stand out from afar, so it is perfect for a bag you carry home after dark. It also suits a denim jacket, a cap or a pencil case. Also, pair it with our I Don’t Believe In Humans alien patch for a full space set. Choose sew-on for daily wear, iron-on for a quick fix or velcro to move it around. To charge the glow, hold it under a bright lamp for a few minutes. To keep it glowing longer, wash the garment inside out on a cool cycle.
