GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the \u201cRules\u201d) establish the general conditions for purchasing goods on the website <strong>pinnpatch.eu<\/strong> (the \u201cStore\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. The Store is managed and operated by <strong>MB Kiriro<\/strong>, Company Code: <strong>307548550<\/strong>, Registered Address: <strong>Vilnius, Gerosios Vilties g. 5A-104, LT-03147, Lithuania<\/strong> (the \u201cSeller\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. A \u201cBuyer\u201d is any person (competent adult or legal entity) purchasing goods from the Store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they meet these eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. By completing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms they have read and agreed to these Rules. The Seller is not liable for risks arising if the Buyer fails to read the Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.5. <strong>The Rules:<\/strong> These Rules define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the purchase of goods in the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.6. <strong>Right to Amend:<\/strong> The Seller reserves the right to change, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Rules in effect at the moment of order placement shall apply. It is recommended that the Buyer reviews the Rules during every purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.7. <strong>Agreement:<\/strong> The Buyer cannot place an order if they have not read or do not agree to these Rules. The Seller assumes no responsibility or risk if the Buyer has not familiarized themselves with the Rules, provided the opportunity was given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.8. <strong>Seller Responsibility:<\/strong> The Seller is responsible for the sale of ordered goods, proper delivery, quality of goods, fulfillment of return conditions, and other rights and duties established by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.9. <strong>Account Restrictions:<\/strong> The Seller has the right to limit the Buyer\u2019s use of the Store or cancel their registration without notice if the Buyer violates these Rules or attempts to harm the stability or security of the Store\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the electronic store by: <br>2.1.1. registering in the store by entering the requested data; <br>2.1.2. without registering in this electronic store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. When ordering, the Buyer must indicate the personal data necessary for proper fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. By confirming these rules, the Buyer agrees that the provided personal data will be processed for the purposes of purchasing, delivery, and accounting. Marketing offers will be provided only with separate consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. The Buyer has the right to change, supplement, or cancel their registration data at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5. The Buyer creates individual login data and undertakes to keep them secret. The Buyer is responsible for the complexity of their password and all actions (orders, comments, etc.) performed under their individual login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.6. If a third party uses the Store\u2019s services using the Buyer\u2019s login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.7. The Buyer may provide their email address for newsletters and offers. This consent can be revoked at any time by clicking the link in the newsletter or informing the Seller directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. PRICES, PAYMENT ORDER, AND TERMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Prices in the Store and in the formed order are indicated in Euros with VAT. Goods are sold at the prices valid at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2.1. Payment using electronic banking \u2013 this is an advance payment using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2.2. Payment by bank transfer \u2013 this is an advance payment where the Buyer transfers money to the Seller\u2019s indicated settlement account within 2 days of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after receiving payment does the formation of the parcel and the calculation of the delivery term begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF GOODS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The Buyer can shop in the electronic store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. Rates valid at the time of placing the order apply for courier or parcel point delivery services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. If the order is paid on a working day before 12:00, goods are sent within 2 working days. If paid after 12:00 or on a non-working day, they are sent within 3 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. If delivery is impossible not due to the Seller\u2019s fault (e.g., incorrect address) or the Buyer does not pick up the goods, the Seller may terminate the contract and refund the money minus delivery costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.5. The Seller delivers goods according to the terms indicated in the descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply if the required goods are not in the warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.6. The Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery terms if the goods are not presented due to the Buyer\u2019s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is presented in crushed or otherwise damaged packaging, or if the shipment contains unordered goods or incorrect quantities.<br><br>4.8. When accepting goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the packaging, quantity, quality, and assortment. If defects are noticed, the Buyer must refuse the shipment and fill out a special parcel inspection report with the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. QUALITY GUARANTEE AND SHELF LIFE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Data for the goods sold are indicated in the product description accompanying each item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that goods in the store may not match the real size, shape, and color due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. Defects of sold goods are eliminated, and low-quality goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGE, AND RETURNS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. L'Acquirente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto dandone comunicazione scritta a pinnpatch.eu entro e non oltre 30 giorni di calendario dalla data di consegna tramite l'indirizzo info@pinnpatch.eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. Dopo aver inviato una comunicazione scritta, l'Acquirente \u00e8 tenuto a restituire l'articolo entro 5 giorni di calendario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. Ai sensi dell\u2019art. 6.228-10 del Codice civile, l\u2019Acquirente non ha il diritto di restituire beni conformi alle specifiche qualitative che siano stati utilizzati, danneggiati, disimballati o personalizzati in base alle esigenze personali dell\u2019Acquirente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4. I beni sono considerati di scarsa qualit\u00e0 se la data di scadenza \u00e8 superata, se contengono sostanze vietate o se presentano danni meccanici prima della consegna all'Acquirente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5. I prodotti di qualit\u00e0 restituiti devono essere integri, non imballati e non devono aver perso il loro aspetto commerciale. L'articolo deve essere restituito nella confezione originale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.6. Restituire gli articoli all'indirizzo: Vilnius, Gerosios Vilties 5a-104, LT-03147. Le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.7. L'importo viene riaccreditato sul conto dell'Acquirente entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla restituzione della merce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. DISPOSIZIONI FINALI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. Il presente Regolamento \u00e8 redatto in conformit\u00e0 con gli atti normativi della Repubblica di Lituania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. Ai rapporti derivanti dal presente Regolamento si applica la legge della Repubblica di Lituania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3. In caso di danno, la parte responsabile risarcisce l'altra parte per le perdite dirette in conformit\u00e0 con la legislazione della Repubblica di Lituania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4. Eventuali controversie vengono risolte tramite negoziazione. In caso di mancato accordo, le controversie vengono risolte in conformit\u00e0 con le leggi della Repubblica di Lituania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.5.
